Predictive Gait-Based Biomarkers for Falls in Lower-Limb Amputees

Participate in our Gait Analysis Study Using Markerless Motion Capture

We’re conducting a research study to help prevent falls in lower-limb prosthesis users. By using advanced gait analysis from our motion capture technology, we aim to identify patterns in movement that can predict falls more accurately than traditional methods. If you use a prosthesis, you may qualify to participate and help us improve fall prevention strategies for people just like you!

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Must speak English

  • Able to walk 10 feet with or without the use of an assistive device

  • Have been using a prosthesis for at least 1 year

Compensation

  • Participants will receive $40 for completing the baseline assessment.

  • An additional $20 will be provided each month for completing and returning monthly fall diaries and survey
